FAQ #1:   Is New Orleans Bikefest or its promoters associated with Steel Pony Express?

Answer #1:   No, New Orleans Bikefest; Live Free Promotions, LLC; and the individuals promoting and producing New Orleans Bikefest are in no way associated with Steel Pony Express, Scooter Promotions, or the individuals that promoted and produced Steel Pony Express or the New Orleans Bike Expo.

FAQ #2:   Where do I pick up my weekend passes and t-shirts?

Answer #2:   Weekend passes and t-shirts can be picked up at the event registration desk when you arrive at the event; or at the kick-off party.

FAQ #3:   If I purchase 1 weekend pass and my friend purchases 1 weekend pass, can we combine them to meet the 2 weekend pass requirement for reserving a campground.

Answer #3:   Yes, just let us know your friend's name when you  call or e-mail us to request the camp site.

FAQ #4:  Do I have to have a motorcycle to attend the event?

Answer #4:  No, you are more than welcome to come to the event by whatever mode of transportaion you prefer.  You can even come by boat. The boat launch will be open, however consult with the State Park about parking your boat.
